  My husband has beautiful, healthy teeth but there was one that started bothering him so he went to see Dr. Nakada who looked at it and told him not to worry about it unless something changed. At the time, Dr. Nakada worked at Dr. Billy Forbess's office. We received a phone call from their office explaining that they did not take our insurance which is BCBS of Mass. So, we found a new dentist who was a much better dentist and addressed my husband's complaint immediately, it was a fractured tooth that had to be pulled. My husband is VERY displeased and feels like he lost a back tooth due to Dr. Nakada not addressing his complaint. Now, we are looking at an implant. This has caused us a lot of aggravation and money. My husband fractured his tooth by grinding them in his sleep. We got a night guard.
  We feel this could have all been avoided had the dentist addressed it upon complaint.
  Very dissatisfied with service received by Dr. Nakada!!! ☹
